About Us…
Hi there! My name is Solé, nice to “meet” you. I am the founder and lead designer of Kaalvoet Kreatief.
“Graphic Designer” is not my only title — I also go by “My Lief” and “Mamma.” I adore my family, and they are the most important thing in my life. They are the force that keeps me going and the reason behind everything I do.
My husband, Ruhan, is also part of the journey with me. He helps in the business by focusing on social media, video creation, and website design, bringing a different creative perspective to what we offer our clients. While I focus on graphic design and brand visuals, he helps bring brands to life digitally — from engaging social content to dynamic videos and functional, beautiful websites. Together we’re able to offer a more complete creative experience.
I never knew that design would be something that I love this much, but I am so glad that I jumped into this crazy industry.
I am often asked how I got to the name Kaalvoet Kreatief, and it’s a bit of a goofy story. I currently live in a very small town where everyone knows everyone. I have a very long list of things that have to get done in one day — household tasks, appointments, cleaning, cooking, client meetings, work, kids, and more. Most of the time when I need to run out of the house I simply don’t have time to look for my shoes (spoiler alert: I leave them everywhere), so I just walk barefoot.
What started as something silly eventually became something I actually prefer. I enjoy feeling the different textures under my feet and feeling connected to my surroundings. I also like going against what is considered normal or the “right” way to do things. These days it has become such a thing that when I do wear shoes, people comment on that rather than wondering where they are.
So I decided to be true to myself and where I am in life — and this is me.
Personal life aside, graphic design is my passion. I truly enjoy what I do and consider myself blessed to create every day and make a living from it. My promise to you as a client is quality work and genuine collaboration. I will guide you, work alongside you, and ensure you walk away with something you are proud of.

I can, without a doubt, say that Solé is by far the best when it comes to designing logos and company branding. I’ve had a lot of work done for my fitness business, as well as the previous company I worked for. She has never needed more than one brief from me and with the least information given by me, they created the most incredible logos, branding, social media ads, flyers, and lots more. She is extremely creative and exceptionally fast.
